Description

These chocolate peanut butter protein balls are the perfect no-bake snack—rich, satisfying, and packed with protein. Made with wholesome, low-carb ingredients, they’re ideal for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or a healthy on-the-go treat. Gluten-free, keto-friendly, and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/3 cup chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons honey

3 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Stir well using a wooden spoon, spatula, or large spoon until everything is fully combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to help it come together.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1½ inches in size.
  3. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet or large plate lined with wax paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once set, transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze for longer storage.
