5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Sugar-Free Sweet Chili Sauce

1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey

2 tsp Sriracha Sauce


Instructions

  1. Heat the oil – Add olive oil to a skillet and warm it over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken – Sprinkle the thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, plus a little salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until golden – Sear the chicken on both sides until it’s nicely browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Remove excess grease – Lower the heat, then carefully drain off any extra oil from the pan.
  5. Mix the sauce – In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sugar-free honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
